Round 3: BIG GUNS Division Final →

VOTE FOR STEREK. FOR OURSELVES. WE’RE LEADING BUT WE’RE AGAINST DESTIEL SHIPPERS, ONE OF THE BEST SHIPS TO EVER BE SHIPPED AND IT’S A BATTLE OF GIANTS NOW. I’M ASKING YOU, VOTE FOR STEREK BECAUSE WE WERE BERATED, WE WERE ERASED, WE WERE CALLED BIZARRE AND TWISTED FOR LOVING AND THAT SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED. WE ARE STRONG, A MAJORITY AND WE DESERVE RECOGNITION. I AM AS MUCH OF A DESTIEL SHIPPER AS I AM A STEREK ONE, BUT WE NEED THIS WIN. WE NEED IT FOR OURSELVES BECAUSE WE’RE LOSING HOPE, WE’RE BEING TREATED LIKE SHIT. THIS IS OUR OUNCE OF POSITIVITY, LET’S HOLD ONTO IT. WE CAN DO IT.

It saddens me how much of a wasted potential Teen Wolf as a show is.

Compared to other shows, the further it’s going, the less truly developing moments are for characters. Yes, we can tell that they all deeply care for each other, that they’d die for each other, but there are no scenes with powerful dialogues, monologues, like that Allison/Sheriff elevator scene. Actors aren’t getting opportunities to develop relationships; it’s just a plot progression, drama for the sake of drama. Lydia’s relationship with the pack is narrowed down to sitting alone and listening to voices of the dead, acknowledgements of one another have narrowed down to Malia’s progress - which is ridiculous, by the way, even though I have warmed up to her. I like the idea of Braeden and Derek, I really do, she could be good for him - no, seriously, I’m cheering for them, but their chemistry is so forced and I’m sad to actually admit it. After Sterek, that was the ship I was hoping would be my favorite because happy Derek is my favorite Derek, but their scenes are making me uncomfortable. It’s unrealistic, like he suddenly fell in love with her because of the idea of her. They haven’t had any conversations where he could fall for her personality; he’s just valuing her badassery and beauties and that’s pretty shallow if you ask me. And she showed no interest in him whatsoever but ogling him and you call that a romantic interest? To me, it sounds like sexual interest. I’m pissed, because they could’ve made it a big, beautiful, for Derek even life-altering thing and they fucked it up. The only thing they /are/ working on is Sciles and I’m really thankful for that. Kira’s character is developing too, Mama McCall is finally getting some screen time - so yay for that. And yes, I do have to point it out, Stiles and Derek interacting time - completely wasted. They need to have a scene that involves actual words over what they are to each other now, about whether they trust one another, a conversation of gratefulness for everything they’ve done for each other. Yeah, we’re entertained by their degrading comments towards each other, but it’s all with humorous purpose. They have so much potential for emotional development and no one’s writing it. I mean, so far the strongest scene of this season - to me - was Stiles closing his eyes and waiting to have a bullet blown through his head, terrified, making peace with the fact that he’s gonna die because he’s so terrifyingly loyal that he wouldn’t give the murderer location of his friends. Everything else was just bland, more or less.

I may be crying prematurely.
They can’t do what I think they’re doing…

WHAT THE FUXK NO

inderlander:

Sterek AU: Stiles has an… idea about a way to try to trigger young Derek’s memories of his future self. Derek isn’t so sure it’s a good idea. He finds it hard to believe that future him is in a relationship with this strangely aggravating boy, but he’s lost and uncertain, everyone he knows is dead and there’s something about this stranger… something that smells like mate and home.

Now all I do is sit

And count the miles from you to me

Oh, calamity

Oh, calamity - All Time Low.

…and instead of loud moans there are soft breathless sounds, skin touching, air growing humid and hot
